EduFairs 2011 Event details and Sponsorship Information



     EduFairs are home education events filled with interactive activities for all ages. EduFairs are held “Rain or Shine”. Bring your boxes of used books/education resources/games/posters and teaching resources to the totally FREE exchange. The event features FREE educational shows, plus arts & crafts, local & family businesses. Write thank-you notes at the event and earn tickets for lots of donated treats. Spend the day with FIELD TRIPS!!! and meet new friends.

     This day has been specifically designed for your home education family. Come relax and spend the day with us. Just look at all the stuff that is waiting for you to enjoy.

     There will also be an activities and information fair, continuously from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, provided by local home education and community organizations! Every display area features interactive activities for the kids. There are all sorts of unique and interesting businesses sponsoring this event. Arts & Crafts will be available for the kids to enjoy some fun and messy learning!

     There are trees and lots of greenspace for your picnic lunch and enjoyment. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and playpens. Let's enjoy the great outdoors :) Please NO Alcohol, and NO smoking.

     There are playgrounds with LOTS of equipment for young and old alike. Bring your baseballs, basketballs, soccer balls, and suntan lotion. There is SO much at each of these parks to enjoy AND meet lots of home educators, JUST LIKE YOU who treasure this precious freedom we have in America.

     Another popular feature is the totally FREE teaching resource, games, books, and curriculum exchange, bring your box of gently used fun and walk away with something "new"! This promises to be a spectacular event! Clean out your house and bring those boxes to EduFair!!!

     This fun-filled family day will be action packed! Each day features educational shows.

     Would you, or someone you know like to share your talents? Artists, musicians, volunteers, sponsors & financial donors are all needed in order to provide this cultural opportunity free of cost to our community.  Here is how you can help us!

We value your presence at EduFairs 2011, therefore, to have a display/tables at any or all EduFairs 2011: FREE REGISTRATION! 

FIELD TRIPS!!! provides you with a lawn, grassy area space.   Parks rules/regulations specify NO selling allowed!  You choose the amount of space for your display!  We request 75% of your space provides an interactive kid’s activity area, 25% of your space is for your information & display.  We encourage you to provide plenty of information and to have a mailing list option for our families to join, bring your tables, chairs, canopy, and enjoy the outdoors.  There are restrooms at all parks so that you may fill a small water bucket for use in your display.  Electricity & water hookups are not available. FIELD TRIPS!!! will assign your location at each event.   Setup begins at 9am.  Teardown begins at 2:30pm.  Pre-Registration is required, simply email Pamela your contact information, Size of desired display area, your website, and what services you offer to Homeedfieldtrips@aol.com.

Early Bird Option, fees postmarked anytime:

FIELD TRIPS!!! will pass out your flyer/catalog for $10 per day.

FIELD TRIPS!!! will print & pass out your black/white flyer for $25 per day.

FIELD TRIPS!!! will include your html or jpg (2x8 in banner) on the EduFairs 2011 sponsorship annual on our webpage for a flat fee of $50.

The Desparados!!! The Early-Bird fees TRIPLED with your direct delivery to Pamela, at FIELD TRIPS!!! Headquarters only on each of the immediate Wednesdays, before MIDNIGHT I love you all. Flyers received on August 17th will be passed out August 18th and beyond, received on August 24th will be passed out August 25th and beyond, received August 31st will be passed out September 1st and beyond. Please deliver a pack of 500 flyers.

FIELD TRIPS!!! General Information:

FIELD TRIPS!!! is a non-profit organization for home education families. There are no membership fees required to join FIELD TRIPS!!! To cover our quarterly website maintenance fees, domain name, internet connection, EduFairs!, Pam's Gasoline for FIELD TRIPS!!! functions, and annual organizational fees to the state of Missouri, a surcharge of 50c to $1 is added to all prepays. This policy began when FIELD TRIPS!!! was formed to prevent Pam to pay out-of-pocket. Pam does not receive any salary, nor does anybody else, strictly service from the heart.

Prepays are no refunds and no-shows are considered donations. Carefully read your Confirmation email regarding any prepaid FIELD TRIPS!!! This Confirmation email will state meeting instructions. If you do not check-in with Pamela at the designated time/place, your prepays are considered donations and will be freely distributed to families who show up space-available. I'm firm about check-in times, as my son says, "Movies don't wait!"  We want to ensure that all spaces are used.  If you don't get a Confirmation email, CALL ME before 7am on the FIELD TRIP!!! day at 417-595-7153.
